[Bug 1274187] Re: Too many Warning popups

Platform: Windows 8.1 64bit
Hugin: Version: 2013.0.0.0d404a7088e6 built by Matthew Petroff
Popup screenshot: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/16638067/Screenshot_2014-02-21_07.44.26.png

The bug is not about the specific warning, but rather in how minor
warnings are being handled. Once the warning pop-ups appears, "OK" must
be clicked in order for the alignment process to continue. For an
8-image alignment, I had to click "OK" 122 times. The alignment
completes successfully, so the warnings appear to be merely informative,
and therefore should not be handled in a manner that halts the alignment
process.

Also, when UI focus moves to another program and then back to Hugin,
these warning pop-ups do not reappear, so it is no longer possible to
click "OK" to get the alignment process to continue. The only option is
then to cancel the alignment and start over. This is likely a separate
bug, but it contributes to the severity of this one.
