The layout is done by the used widgetset wxWidgets. This can't be influenced by Hugin.
Maybe you have set a regional setting to your local which is right to left and this is used by wxWidgets.
You could try to set the language to English in the preferences and restart Hugin.

Bug description:
  upon installing the latest version of HUGIN iv'e experienced a WEIRD
  transformation.

  basically the entire interface layout of all the different modules shows up MIRRORED!
  and i don't mean just the different menus & Buttons, in the crop window - while selecting the left side of the immage - the right side moves and vise versa, also some of the buttons mainly the AUTOCROP become all distorted - Others become Obstructed and unClickable...

  i'm am uncertain as to the cause of this. but I am femilliar with the MIRROR menu concept as I live in ISRAEL and here many  computers have the HEBREW version of windows installed, where the Start button is on the lower right side of the screen
  which is pure torture in my opinion.

  i am running an ENGLISH WIN7-64 and haven't ever experienced this kind
  of crap before with any program...
