But, another similar problem still exists or has appeared:

Still a lot of warning messages. Maybe 50 for stitching 8 TIF files
together.

Can you output these errors as text in the main processing window, not
use new dialog for each message?

  I get hundreds of Warniing popups, when stitching together TIF files:

  Had to cancel stitching, the popups were just too much.
