Title:
Misalignment using images of different white balance
Status in Hugin - Panorama Tools GUI:
New
Bug description:
Using hugin-2013.0.0 on Fedora (rebuilt from F20 srpm on F16)
Step 1:
Take pictures in raw format.
Step 2:
Use UFraw & Gimp to create .tif images from the raws on two different white balance settings.
Step 3:
Import tifs to hugin
Step 4:
Align
Step 5:
Save project
Step 6:
Hide images of one of the white balances
Step 6:
Save project with alternate name
Step 7:
run batch processing for each visible image set
Step 8:
Open each new resulting tif in gimp, as layers in the same new image
Expected result:
The layers differ only in color, based on the different white balance. All image features are identical
Actual results:
Resulting images differ in image detail - borders of objects in image are in different places
Potentially an impact when processing raws for different exposures as
well (haven't tried it)
