Thanks for the update.
But your image work fine here with the 2014.0 RC1 x64. So we need to find what causes the crash on your side.

1.) Could you do a fresh download and install? Just to check that there
is no file corruption.

2.) Try celeste_standalone: Run "celeste_standalone -i project.pto" If
this one is okay, we have a problem with the GUI, otherwise it is an
issue with celeste.

Bug description:
  Using Hugin 2014 rc1 Windows 64bits (2014.0.0.286f6a4dff70 built by Matthew Petroff), launching celeste (contextual menu in photos tab, Control point then removing control point in cloud) make Hugin not respond anymore, with the attached screen shown (Saying that celeste is loading the model file).
  Killing Hugin is the only solution.

  I wait multiple minutes before killing Hugin without any evolution.
