1. I was confirming that even on the first save, the simple mode selects
my documents folder, not the folder of the images. This was an addendum
to what I originally wrote.

2. I checked that pref before I submitted this report. It contains only
a field to change the temp folder, and options for naming files. Nothing
on where to save them.

  assistant doesn't remember last save location

Status in Hugin - Panorama Tools GUI:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Hugin 2014 RC4 on a MacBook Pro running OS X 10.9.4

  In the simple interface, the assistant doesn't remember the last
  location that a file was saved in. This is standard behavior.

  Upon clicking "Create panorama..." the assistant opens up my Documents
  folder, instead of the last folder I used to save a pano (minutes
  before).
