[Bug 1405035] Re: Saved TIFF contains only one of the source images

Well they certainly overlap. I don't have a PTO at hand but you could easily reproduce it.
Saving remapped images works, so I merge them in GIMP.

Is it possible to render to a TIFF or XCF file *with the remapped images
in their correct places*?

I got the TIFFs from Hugin, then did some healing in GIMP-git, then
imported back into Hugin. Either GIMP screwed the tags up, or Hugin did
when I first saved them.

I have downgraded to Hugin 2014.0.0 for now due to that annoying alpha
layer bug. I will report back when I get the same warnings and this time
I'll make sure where they come from.

p.s. using tiff-4.0.3
