Title:
Align_image_stack doesn't include lens and exposure settings in output
  images

Status in Hugin - Panorama Tools GUI:
  New

Bug description:
Hand held exposure stacks are automatically detected by hugin (current repo source).
If the hand held image stacks are pre-aligned by align_image_stack then passed to hugin, hugin then fails to detect the stacks and is also unable to detect HFOV.
Is it possible for align_image_stack to include the source image exif data in the output images?
