repository enabled.

Many thanks for pointing out the mismatch of the wxWidgets versions: 
knowing that started me looking in the right direction

  Error message on loading Hugin: An assertion failed
  ASSERT INFO:
  /usr/include/wx-3.0/wx/object.h(160): assert "wxDynamicCast(ptr, T)" failed in wxCheckCast(): wxStaticCast() used incorrectly
