[Bug 1555920] Re: high resolution panorama drops images
Sorry, but with this information it is impossible to do anything.
It could be a problem with your graphic driver or a problem with hugin. But I haven't see this issue before.
So a screenshot and the both pto file (working and not working version) could be helpful.

Bug description:
Hello
I have a panorama of 14 one-row vertical images. When the images are
tiffs 4500 pixels long along the vertical, viewing the panorama drops
a part of it. Control points between dropped part and residual one are
okay after optimization. If the same panorama is 1600 pixels long
jpegs, it shows the whole panorama.
Linux Mint 17.3 x64, 24Gb RAM, built-in video HD 4290, AMD Phenom
1075, Hugin 2016.0.0.1876b5ca6eb9
