[Bug 1579524] [NEW] Workflow: single image remapping not immediatly obvios

Public bug reported:

* 2016.0.0~rc2+sfsg-1ubuntu1~trusty on Xubuntu 14.04LTS
* Interface: Simple, Assistant tab

I am trying to remap a single picture. The general process on the Assistant tab is
1. Load images...
2. Align...
3. Create panorama...

The picture (a single equirectangular) loads well, however, probably
because there is only one picture, the two other buttons are greyed out.
While I can do my work in the other tabs and project, move/drag, crop
the extract, when I am back on the Assistant the two buttons are still
greyed out.

Suggestion: activate 3. Create panorama... after changes are made to the
project in either the Projection, Move/Drag, or Crop tabs.

Workaround: switch to Advanced interface. But remapping of a single
image should not require advanced manipulations?

** Affects: hugin
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
