  Hugin-2016.2.0-beta1-win32.msi is not instalable under Windows XP SP3

Status in Hugin:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  I download Hugin-2016.2.0-beta1-win32.msi from SourceForge.net and got
  the message under Windows XP SP3: "This application is only supported
  on Windows Vista or higher".

  Really drop Windows XP or or it is a mistake of the one who compiled?
