enblend and enfuse in the installer are Win32 application, checked again.
Support of Win XP in enblend-enfuse has been dropped.

  Hugin 2016 win32 build from SourceForge.net not stitch panorama under
  Windows XP SP3

Bug description:
  I download HuginSetup_2016.0.0-win32.exe from SourceForge.net and
  install it. I run Hugin, add images, configure options, preview
  panorama and try to stitch. But get an error. I've found that files
  enblend.exe. and enfuse.exe "... is not a valid Win32 application".

  Curiously, the one who compiled it, run it on your own computer?
