This bug is still present in 2016.2 and is reproducable as described
above: the value in the "projection" drop-down field (both in the
preview and stitcher tabs) can only be changed when the there is no
focus to any other input field. If another field has focus, you have to
click on the empty background of the user interface to loose focus and
then select the drop-down.

Hugin is "Version: 2016.2.0.48cb11a23351 built by Niklas Mischkulnig"
running on Mac OS X 10.11.6
