Title:
Dynamic display of final image dimensions in stitcher tab?

Status in Hugin:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
I appreciate the 6 controls (canvas size*2 and crop*4) on the stitcher page, and primarily use the canvas size width to determine the output image size, but the two things I want to know are missing
  1) the final image dimensions
  2) the final image's aspect-ratio

When you've used the fast panorama preview window to draw a crop area
by hand, possibly with quite sizeable margins, it's useful to know
that the finished thing is going to be 40 megapixels at 16:9 or
whatever. Currently that requires a calculator - (right-left)*(bottom-
top); seeing the numbers directly would be much easier.
