  Fix capitalization of the word "raw"

Bug description:
  The word "raw" is an ordinary noun/adjective, as in "a raw carrot", "a
  raw image", and as such it should be capitalized "raw", not "RAW" as
  it is not an acronym nor an abbreviation.

  When used in sentence case: "Open raw photo"
  When used in title case: "Open Raw Photo"

  Places I noticed where it's incorrectly capitalized:
  1. "Edit > Import RAW File(s)..."
  2. The window which pops up when you click "Edit > Import RAW File(s)..." has incorrect capitalization in the title. Since it's a title it should use title case, so it should be "Import Raw Files".
