  hugin_stacker doesn't stack floating point files

Status in Hugin:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Would be nice if it did.

  I tried stacking with Raw Therapee's 32bit floating point files,
  remapping went smoothly but hugin_stack ended up throwing this error
  "unsupported pixel type: FLOAT".
