  Consistency in naming

Status in Hugin:
  New

Bug description:
  Some parts of the program are referred to under different names, and
  this leads to confusion. Program elements (widgets, windows, panels,
  etc) should be named consistently and those names should be used
  consistently.

  For example,
  * Fast Preview panorama = Fast Preview window = Fast Panorama preview
  * Preview panorama = Preview window
  * Panorama Stitcher = Panorama Editor
  * Batch Processor = PTBatcherGUI ("When done: Close PTBatcherGUI")
  etc.
