There were no changes to the OpenGL preview between 2019.0 and 2019.2. So it should work.
To reactivate the fast preview/simple interface see FAQ: https://wiki.panotools.org/Hugin_FAQ#Simple_user_interface_can_not_selected_.2F_OpenGL_fast_preview_window_button_is_disabled

If after reactivating the preview window it is still deactivated then
there is probably a problem with the graphic card driver.

  Hello,

  No preview window, no simple interface with version Hugin 2019.2 rc1
  and rc2.

  I had to clean the Hugin input registry in order to be able to restore
  the old version otherwise it didn't work

  Configuration
  Windows10 1909
  CPU G540 Ram 4GB

  Everything works with version Hugin 2019.0
  Debug file as attachments.

  I used DeepL for the translation, I'm sorry.

  Aucune fenêtre d'aperçu, ni d'interface simple avec la version Hugin
  2019.2 rc1 et rc2.

  J'ai du nettoyer la base de registre des entrées Hugin afin de pouvoir
  remettre l'ancienne version sinon cela ne fonctionnait pas

  Configuration
  Windows10 1909
  CPU G540 Ram 4Go

  Tout fonctionné avec la version Hugin 2019.0

  Fichier debug en pièces jointes.

  J'ai utilisé DeepL pour la traduction, j'en suis navré.
