Bug description:
  1. Open Hugin in expert mode
  2. Load a project
  3. Open Fast Panorama Preview
  4. Close Fast Panorama Preview with the window close button (cross)
  5. Open Fast Panorama Preview
  6. Hugin freezes and GNOME says "Hugin Panorama Creator" is not responding
     and offers to force quit
