  Output doesn't inherit datetime offset

Bug description:
  Hugin already copies the DateTime, DateTimeOriginal and
  DateTimeDigitized, but it doesn't copy OffsetTime, OffsetTimeOriginal
  and OffsetTimeDigitized.

  While DateTime* tell the local time, OffsetTime* tell the timezone, so
  these are very much linked whenever both exist. I understand that not
  every exif tag can be carried over from the original images to the
  output, but if you're already taking DateTime*, I think OffsetTime*
  should also go along with it.
