Which dialog box? Where you selected the output options or where you selected the path+prefix? If it is the latter then it may be a little hickup with your system (e.g. virus scanner, just guessing).
I can't reproduce the issue. It works fine here on my Windows 11 system.

  no cierra la pantalla de ensamblando

Bug description:
  he probado en varios ordenadores y cuando termino de ajustar todos los parametros y la panoramica a mi gusto, el cuadro de dialogo no se cierra y se queda colgado, poniendo el mensaje de "no responde". 
  cierro el programa y curiosamente, en la carpeta donde tengo las fotos de la panoramica, aparece la panoramica montada y en el formato elegido.
