The culprit is enblend in the Windows installer package of 2024.0.1.
It prints to much debug message.
If you wait long enough it runs to the end.

The workaround is to use an older enblend version.
Download the older version, unzip it and then set in the preferences the path to the older version.

  Hugin freezes when stitching

Bug description:
  When I try to stitch some photos, especially it seems for mobile
  photos, Hugin freezes.

  If I kill the stitcher, stitching is finished succesfully, I have the
  output panorama file, but the application doesn't respond.
