I know, I'm working on it.
But last update of Visual Studio (used compiler) has broken compiling of enblend. I need to fix this before I can release an updated bundle.
So for the meantime I proposed the workaround.

  Hugin freezes when stitching

Bug description:
  When I try to stitch some photos, especially it seems for mobile
  photos, Hugin freezes.

  If I kill the stitcher, stitching is finished succesfully, I have the
  output panorama file, but the application doesn't respond.
