The screenshot is showing the fast preview window. For speed reasons this is only an approximation. You should compare the final stitched pano.
If it is visible there then reset vignetting correction and/or response curve. There can be some edge case where Hugin can't determine these functions exactly.

  ERROR EN LOS COLORES

Bug description:
  Good morning. Me and one of my students have had a problem with the
  stitching of a panorama, which has changed the colors. I attach files
  of the original raw and the resulting stitching from hugin. My student
  had a similar problem, which created some very strange colors in the
  stitching. Thank you very much for your attention.
