First of all, welcome to the hybrid-graphics-linux team.

David Airlie has posted v11 of his vga-switcheroo patch:

Can people with a ATI/ATI or Intel/ATI laptop configuration with a bit
of time please test it and report back to the list?

David Airlie mentions in his post that Matthew Garrett could soon
incorporate the code for the intel/nvidia and nvidia/nvidia
configurations in the vga_switcheroo module, so nvidia testers will be
needed for that.
