Re: asus 1215N

 

I'm not sure if you have already done these steps but if you wish to
turn off the nvidia chip you can follow the instructions here:

It works pretty well for me (batt life indicated goes from 3hrs to 5.30)
but you must turn the nvidia chip back on before shutting down or the
system will lock up.
