1) Please wait with using Bumblebee until the next stable Bumblebee release

Power management has temporary been removed from the next release (see
https://github.com/Bumblebee-Project/Bumblebee/wiki/ACPI-Removed)
2) The Bumblebee Team uses https://launchpad.net/~bumblebee.
You cannot turn off the Intel GPU, even with the Optimus setup all data
passes this GPU. Ubuntu can already "see" the card, but not use it because
of the way it's connected. See also the whitepaper (download link on the
left side of http://www.nvidia.com/object/optimus_technology.html)
