Title:
  alt-text is not replacing text if there is no follow-link in the rule

Status in HypeDyn:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  If a rule has an alt-text action, but does NOT have a follow-link
  action, the alt-text replacement does not seem to be executed. As long
  as there IS a follow-link action, it executes correctly.

  Test case: the start node in LRRH2.dyn. Both "naive" and "street-
  smart" show up when the node is first visited. Adding a follow-link to
  either of the rules makes the text replace correctly.
