  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Actions on an anywhere node are not executed if the condition includes
  that node itself not visited. Example: Explore the forest in
  LRRH4.dyn.

  Problem is that the condition is satisfied when the link to anywhere
  node is enabled, but when the link is actually clicked, the visited
  status of the node is updated BEFORE the update fact action is
  executed. So, when the rule is evaluated, its condition fails, and the
  action is not executed... :(
