Bug description:
  From Yu Han:

  Hi I found another bug! This one is with the 'comments' box where we
  are supposed to write our description. It works fine if you just type
  continuously into it. But I closed it after finishing, and opened it
  again to add something to the end. After I scroll down, once I click
  inside the text box, the view jumps back up to the top, and the
  scrolling bit inside the scrollbar disappears, so I can't view the
  stuff below at all. Pressing the down arrow or page down key doesn't
  help.
