  js-reader: link followed count should only be incremented after the
  link is actually followed

Status in HypeDyn:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  This seems to be the same bug as #942388 which was reported for the
  java reader. It is also in the js-reader. Basically, if a link
  condition is based on the link not being followed, the link is
  displayed correctly, but then can't be followed. The followed count is
  probably being updated too early.
