Title:
  long node/link/fact names push conditions off to the right

Status in HypeDyn:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Very long node/link/fact names push conditions off to the right.
  Solution for rule names was to truncate, and for actions a horizontal
  scrollbar is created. Not sure which is the best solution - for now,
  add a horizontal scrollbar.

  We may want to make the rule editor resizable.
