  js-reader: link followed count not updated when node is displayed?

Bug description:
  This seems to be the opposite to bug #1002738 - now if a link
  condition is based on the link being followed, the link is not
  displayed correctly, but behaves correctly. It seems that the followed
  count is being updated too LATE - or the node is not being refreshed
  at the right time. May be related to my earlier "optimization" of
  refreshNode...
