  File->Import is broken

Status in HypeDyn:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  File->Import is broken. Importing a file into itself leads to links in
  the newly imported file pointing to nodes in the original file.
  Importing a different file leads to an exception. I suspect the IDs in
  the newer code are not offset correctly when importing.
