  deleting a "show in popup" action and then undoing does not update

Bug description:
  Deleting a "show in popup" action and then undoing does not update
  graph view when the "undo" is performed. The action is put back into
  the rule but the display is not updated. Then, if the rule is edited
  and the "ok" button is pressed, the following exception occurs:
