Thanks for your bug report.

Igotu.so is actually the main igotu2gpx library, not a plugin, so it
shouldn't be in the list to begin with. But it doesn't mean that
something is not working correctly. I fixed it (so that it doesn't
appear in the list) in bzr HEAD for Linux (tested) and Windows
(untested), and maybe for Mac OS X also (untested).

Bug description:
In "About Plugins" window libigotu.so is showed under "Invalid plugins" category.
Everything works ok. Igotu2gpx can connect to GPS tracker and download tracks.
