Ok, let's see.

There is some workaround code for a bug in the newer GPS trackers which
might be the cause for the problem you see here. Judging from the output
the workaround is not used.

Can you call the command line client with 'IGOTU2GPX_WORKAROUND=1
igotu2gpx -v info', which would enable the workaround, and also
'IGOTU2GPX_NOWORKAROUND=1 igotu2gpx -v info', just in case I am wrong.
Can you see whether one of them works and post the corresponding output
here?
