I created a file

              /etc/ude/rules.d/51-igotu.rules
 
with the content

            ATTRS{idVendor}=="0df7", ATTRS{idProduct}=="0900",
MODE="0666", GROUP="plugdev"

After running

          sudo udevadm control --reload-rules

(or reboot)
everything works fine!
