  weather applet does not change from metric to standard units

Status in Screenlets — individual widgets development:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Regardless of the user checking or un-checking "Use Metric Units"
  checkbox, the screenlet always displays information in metric units.
  Only the suffix changes.
