  [WallpaperClock][patch] Install wallpaper clock in home

Status in Screenlets — individual widgets development:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  By default, new wallpaper clock is installed in /usr/share and not in
  home. Because user didn't have the right to write in /usr/share, the
  installation crash. This patch should fix the problem :
