  Time zones and others imporvements for Clock screenlet

Bug description:
  Changelog:
  * In presence of pytz module you can choose you timezone from the list. Il will be your real time zone including DST etc. not just a loosely time offset
  * python3 compatible prints
  * In presence of SolarTZ module the clock can show the True Solar Time for your longitude
  * pytz and SolarTZ are optional
