EOL nginx07 from IUS (has been added to EPEL)

As EPEL now has an updated version of nginx it is time for IUS to End of Life the old nginx07 package:

   http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/epel/5/SRPMS/repoview/nginx.html

If you are still running nginx07 you will want to uninstall it from your server,
and then install nginx from EPEL.
