Red Hat recently released RHEL 6.7[0] and with it came an update to 
ImageMagick[1].  This update did bump the version of the .so files and 
thus IUS php5*-pecl-imagick packages built of the previous version 
aren't happy.  (I guess that is a nice way to put it).

Updated php5*-pecl-imagick packages (built using the updated 
ImageMagick) will be hitting the RHEL IUS repos during tonight's 
automation.  When CentOS releases 6.7, we will do the same for the 
CentOS IUS repos.  If you are using CentOS with the RHEL IUS mirrors, 
you run into dependencies issues when updating or installing 
php5*-pecl-imagick.  It is recommended to use the CentOS IUS repos on a 
CentOS server for this reason.
