Packages for php52-pecl-memcache and php53-pecl-memcache have been
pushed to ius-el5-testing.  Awaiting testing and feedback, should be
pushed to stable within the week.

Example:

yum install php52-pecl-memcache --enablerepo=ius-testing

Bug description:
When trying to use the PECL memcached, it is not enabled in PHP compilation (--enable-memcache), so I think that it can't be used.
