Hello Imre,

Thank you so much for your offer to mirror IUS.  I've taken some time to write up a basic howto on mirroring:

Please let me know how that works out, and if you have any questions.  I've added access for 193.230.240.8 (ftp.astral.ro) through the firewall for rsync, so you should be able to connect.  Once you have completed a sync, please let us know so that we can add you to the official mirrors.
