I am more than happy to 'sponsor' you through the steps of building the packages, reviewing them, and what not.  Please verify local builds with Mock... the final packages will have to be built by the coredev team via our internal system (yeah, we really need to get that public... working on it).

Bug description:
Hi,

I would like to see a newer SVN client version at available from IUS that is present in RHEL5.

I will try and look at doing this myself if I can work out how to contribute. I'm already a Fedora/EPEL
contributor.
