Actually, because both sqlite and subversion exist in RHEL they are not
a good fit for EPEL based on their packaging guidelines.  By 'new'
package you must mean new to IUS?  Also... I was looking into sqlite the
other day... that one will have to be a 'parallel install' package like
python26/python31/etc because any existing sqlite databases on the box
will need to use the older version of sqlite.

I'll add some documentation to wiki.iuscommunity.org regarding 'parallel
packages'.

Hi,

I would like to see a newer SVN client version at available from IUS that is present in RHEL5.

I will try and look at doing this myself if I can work out how to contribute. I'm already a Fedora/EPEL
contributor.
