[Bug 540366] Re: EOL python26 from IUS (being Added to EPEL)

Each package needs to be submitted to EPEL for review and addition. The
first step should be to contact the maintainer of 'python-<package>' to
see if they want to or would be willing to maintain python26-<package>
along with their other package. If not, then an IUS developer needs to
own the package in EPEL.

Every python26-xxxxx package needs its own ius bug tracker to track:

 * submission to EPEL
 * acceptance in EPEL
 * addition to EPEL's repos (EL5)
 * removal from IUS repos
 * removal of IUS Bzr branches
 * close of bug

Bug description:
Per https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=573151 the python26 and related packages will most likely be accepted into EPEL. Once that happens, python26 and related sub packages need to be EOL'd from our repos.
