[Bug 576749] Re: new package: nginx 0.7.65

As a side note, I discussed this with the EPEL maintainer who stated

Nginx is a free, open-source, high-performance HTTP server and reverse proxy, as well as an IMAP/POP3 proxy server. Igor Sysoev started development of Nginx in 2002, with the first public release in 2004. Nginx now hosts nearly 6% (13M) of all domains worldwide. Nginx is known for its high performance, stability, rich feature set, simple configuration, and low resource consumption.

Why does nginx matter? Since IUS includes mod_wsgi for python, it is a natural addition to also provide a more recent version of nginx. Many web deployments use nginx as a reverse proxy / load balancer / ssl handler in front of apache. This provides significant improvements to the apache/wsgi/python stack, due to request/response buffering and the high rate of concurrent connections that nginx can handle.

--
EPEL? This RPM is based on the EPEL version, which is notably outdated at version 0.6.34.

--
Notes: this is branded as an ACN rpm, and will need updated to an IUS rpm.
